Turnkey Processing Lines

Streamline your processing line

For your business to achieve unbeatable efficiency and reach the top of your industry, it’s time to consider automating your processing line. As experts in processing equipment, SIGMA Integration offers turnkey processing lines that boost productivity and minimize operating costs.

SIGMA Integration designs personalized processing lines fit for your production

Our team understands your product is unique. That’s why we take the time to learn about your business and product in order to create a unique line for your production.

SIGMA Integration will not start selecting equipment or designing the processing line until we know about:

  • Materials used in product
  • Production steps
  • Floor space available
  • Desired processing line metrics
  • Project timeline and budget

Based on these specifications, our team will select processing equipment and design a layout that fits your facility.

We then fully integrate the line in our 50,000-square-foot shop.

Witness your processing line in action at SIGMA

SIGMA Integration invites our clients to our facility to see their integrated processing line in action before sending it to their location.

This Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) ensures the line operates correctly and is in compliance with the agreed-upon requirements.

If everything is in order, our team will proceed with shipping and on-site installation.

Dismantle & secure processing equipment for shipment

We build custom skids for each piece of equipment in the processing line and secure them for safe transportation to your facility.

Members of the SIGMA Integration team will travel to your location to reinstall and integrate your processing line.

The line will then undergo a Site Acceptance Test to verify everything is up to your expectations, and we’ll train your team on proper line operation.
